SCOPE OF WORK

  • Create and manage comprehensive marketing strategy to accelerate absorption and increase land value

  • Manage all marketing tactics including website, email, paid media, organic social media, PR/communications, print collateral, placemaking, sponsorships, special events, on-site signage, homebuilder relations

  • Directed external partners including advertising agency, media buying agency, PR and Public Affairs agencies, signage design team, community engagement group

  • Led strategies to develop placemaking opportunities throughout site including public artworks, sidewalk art, murals

  • Helped develop commercial vision

  • Worked with homebuilder marketing and sales teams to deliver qualified leads via foot traffic, website traffic, phone calls, and email inquiries

  • Developed comprehensive Metro District communications plan

  • Developed and managed project life marketing budget

  • Created online reports detailing real-time home sales and closings

  • Launched interactive homefinder tool on website
